Can you imagine what you would do if you could do all you can - everything you might expect and much more than you could image! This is where you can begin to make your imagination a reality. YOU ARE MORE than your circumstance and YOU ARE MORE than your situation.
H.O.P.E. Coding is a dynamic technology program of the Urban Frontier Organization (UFO) that is poised to capture substantial market share in one of the fastest growing service industries in the country, programming, and coding training. UFO is an Ohio nonprofit established in 2015 and wholly owned by Thomas M. Way. UFO has established its base of operations in Steubenville, Ohio. UFO, through its H.O.P.E. Coding program intends to offer computer programming and coding courses in several languages that have been almost universally accepted by the high-tech industry and by many business and corporations. These include HTML5, basic JavaScript and basic PHP. Courses under development will be launched in 202X, providing instruction on advanced JavaScript, advanced PHP, Python, Lua, and CSS. Other languages could be added as the market demands.
The owners and principal employees of the H.O.P.E. Coding program, Thom Way and Matt Frederico, have extensive experience as leaders, training and development, and computer coding and programming. In addition, Mr. Way has developed a marketing strategy that is well suited to building a large market share in employee placement in the small to mid-size business market. H.O.P.E. Coding program has the potential to gain a reputation for offering quality courses and training that provide value long after the classes end.
Assisting Mr. Way and Mr. Frederico will be volunteer industry expert instructors, who will be vetted by Mr. Frederico. These instructors will have considerable training experience and can meet the high standards that the H.O.P.E. Coding program has set for its training services.
The Service
The H.O.P.E. Coding program was created for the sole purpose of providing computer programming and coding training services in the Ohio Valley and Logan, Utah areas. The courses in HTML5, basic JavaScript and basic PHP are designed to provide marginalized and underserved youth and adults with the skills they need to work efficiently, obtain, and retain sustainable employment in the evolving world of high technology. Advanced training in these and future languages and front and back end web maintenance, will be offered in the beginning of 202X. The H.O.P.E. Coding program will enable those we serve to establish their own Internet presence for marketing and promotional purposes as well as sustainable employment within companies.
The training courses will generally be offered at the Urban Frontier Organization offices in Steubenville, Ohio or other partner facilities in the area, at no cost and at partner facilities (no cost) or rented facilities located in the Logan Utah area. These facilities will be easily accessible, have substantial parking, and served by public transportation.
A key selling point will be the price H.O.P.E. Coding charges for its services. Because H.O.P.E. Coding is a program of the nonprofit, Urban Frontier Organization, and serving indigent individuals and youth, we will be able to offer participants a no cost curriculum compared to the fee based structure of larger training companies, through sponsored scholarships and grants.
